Mansoor Khan Tareen Company Director

Mansoor is currently working as CEO of Koshgovar. Before starting this business in 2007, he worked in various leadership roles with major multinationals like Coca Cola, Reckitt Benckiser, Pepsi Cola, Shell, Colgate Palmolive etc. He has over 20 years of diversified FMCG markets experience and he is recognized as industry thought leadership in retail sales market. He has double Masters in Business Administration.

Khurram Khan Tareen Director of Finance

Khurram is qualified chartered accountant and working with Koshgovar since 2010. He is currently working as Director Finance and also leads shared service center for company’s back office operations. Prior to joining Koshgovar he worked in city of London with Sey More King, a boutique consulting outfit. He has BS Hons in Computer Science and completed his ACCA from United Kingdom

Kamran Khan Tareen Operation Manager

Kamran joined Koshgovar in 2009 and he has the overall responsibility of logistics, supply chain and operations. He closely works with sales team to monitor the sales and delivery pipeline and also coordinate with principal manufacturers and importers to ensure sufficient level of stocks. He has over 18 years of experience in similar roles. Prior to joining Koshgovar he worked with Pepsi Cola bottler and Layah Sugar Mills. He holds Master’s degree in Economics.

Benish Mumtaz Human Resource & Admin

Benish is a qualified HR professional with master’s degrees in Business Management and Professional Certification in HR. She has prior experience of managing HR at events during her education. She with her team is looking after hiring, compensation, training and development of employees. She maintains a healthy, honest and open communication with all employees of the organization all over Pakistan.

Ammar Shafiq Business Unit Head (Frozen Fries)

Ammar Shafiq is working as Lead for Frozen Fries business since 2017. He is responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service. Responsible for new business development, contracts and client presentation to articulate the value proposition of products. Also responsible to develop and implement plans for strategic accounts to grow revenue, foot print, account profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Mazhar Hussain Business Unit Head (Dairy Products)

Mazhar is responsible for beverages arm of the business, he has overall responsibility of dairy accounts which include Adams and few small franchises. He is responsible for sales team coordination's, setting up and achieving monthly targets and liaison with the supply chain and operations team. One of the key responsibilities of Mazhar is new business development with focus on key accounts to grow institutional sales.

Waheed Rauf Business Unit Head (Lubricants)

Waheed is one of the founding team Members working as a Lubricant lead. He has overall responsibility of Petromin account, before taking charge of Petromin he looked after Shell Lubricants, Haleeb Milk, Volta and various other small franchises for Koshgovar. Prior to joining Koshgovar he worked with Reckitt Benckiser and Kashaf Foundation in capacity of Territory Sales Officer and Area Sales Manager. He has MBA degree with majors in sales and marketing.

Sahir Tallat Butt Business Unit Head (Frozen Foods)

Sahir Butt is working as Business unit head of Frozen meat products. His career comprises of 18 years in different sales roles. He worked in Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan Ltd, Ulker International and Bonatti S.p.a. He is mainly focusing on new business development to ensure that the sales volume of frozen products keeps growing. Sahir got the degree of Master in Business Administration in Marketing.

Mansoor ul Hassan is working as Business Unit Head in Multan division. He has over 18 years of diversified experience in the field of sales & Business Development. He is responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service. He is responsible for Multan sales team coordination, implementing sales strategies to achieve exceptional results, account profitability, and customer satisfaction. Also having strong relationships with Business Partners, Distributors & Key Accounts.
